Vy\u017ee\u0148me ich von, lebo bez pohybu to proste nejde."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Na konci \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka sme na tla\u010dovej konferencii predstavili v r\u00e1mci n\u00e1\u0161ho zdru\u017eenia <a href=\"https:\/\/ozrodicia.sk\/?p=590\">v\u00fdsledky celoslovensk\u00e9ho prieskumu<\/a> o tom, ako vpl\u00fdvala dom\u00e1ca izol\u00e1cia det\u00ed po\u010das pand\u00e9mie na ich zdravie a ako verejnos\u0165 vn\u00edma v tomto smere v\u00fdznam pohybu a \u0161portu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre m\u0148a ako b\u00fdval\u00e9ho profesion\u00e1lneho \u0161portovca, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 za sebou aj nieko\u013eko rokov pr\u00e1ce s futbalovou ml\u00e1de\u017eou nepriniesli tieto v\u00fdsledky v podstate ni\u010d prekvapiv\u00e9. Sk\u00f4r som r\u00e1d, \u017ee epid\u00e9mia COVID19 \u013eu\u010fom otvorila o\u010di v tom, ak\u00fd v\u00fdznamn\u00fd je pohyb pre zdravie det\u00ed a ako u\u017e dlhodobo v tejto oblasti zlyh\u00e1vame.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#dc9018\"><strong>Fyzicky upad\u00e1me a v\u00f4bec n\u00e1m to nevad\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mno\u017estvo elektronick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed a technol\u00f3gi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvame my a na\u0161e deti, radik\u00e1lne men\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. V\u0161etci vn\u00edmame, ako n\u00e1m u\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa \u017eivot a \u010dasto ho aj roz\u0161iruj\u00fa o nov\u00e9 dimenzie, ale menej sa zam\u00fd\u0161\u013eame nad&nbsp; s\u00favisiacimi negat\u00edvami. Neadekv\u00e1tne dlh\u00fd \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd na elektronick\u00fdch zariadeniach n\u00e1s otupuje a zhor\u0161uje koncentr\u00e1ciu. \u010co je v\u0161ak najhor\u0161ie, ni\u010d\u00ed na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 a du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie. O tom, ak\u00fd negat\u00edvny vplyv m\u00e1 sedenie na chrbticu u\u017e vie asi ka\u017ed\u00fd. Je toho pln\u00fd internet. Menej \u013eud\u00ed si u\u017e ale uvedomuje, ak\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017ene svalov\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1hy to v tele sp\u00f4sobuje a ako to priamo s\u00favis\u00ed s obezitou. Ak s\u00fa dospel\u00ed nezodpovedn\u00ed, je to ich vina, a s pomocou svojich lek\u00e1rov \u010di tr\u00e9nerov m\u00f4\u017eu svoj \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl zmeni\u0165 a s n\u00edm aj svoj zdravotn\u00fd stav. V\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom s\u00fa deti a ml\u00e1de\u017e, ktor\u00e9 si d\u00f4sledky svojho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu neuvedomuj\u00fa. Tam je to preto \u00faloha n\u00e1s rodi\u010dov a in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 tu na to m\u00e1me, od \u0161k\u00f4l a odborn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u017e po tr\u00e9nerov v kluboch, nenahradite\u013en\u00e1.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#dc9018\"><strong>Deti potrebuj\u00fa slobodn\u00fd pohyb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aj bez pand\u00e9mie sme v\u0161etci c\u00edtili, ako kles\u00e1 mno\u017estvo pohybu det\u00ed. Pam\u00e4t\u00e1me si toti\u017e, ko\u013eko \u010dasu sme tr\u00e1vili v uliciach a na ihrisk\u00e1ch v detstve my. Dnes deti na ulici vidie\u0165 nie je a ak \u00e1no, sk\u00f4r s mobilom v ruke ako s loptou. Je dobr\u00e9, ako sa spolo\u010dnos\u0165 v tomto smere v posledn\u00fdch rokoch organizuje, ako prib\u00fadaj\u00fa kr\u00fa\u017eky, \u0161portov\u00e9 kluby a in\u00e9 programy orientovan\u00e9 na pohyb det\u00ed a mlad\u00fdch. Ale to, \u010do v skuto\u010dnosti na\u0161im de\u0165om ch\u00fdba najviac, sa naz\u00fdva <strong>neorganizovan\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165!<\/strong> Pohyb, kedy sa deti hraj\u00fa a h\u00fdbu prirodzene, vo svojej \u0161tvrti, v pr\u00edrode, na ihrisku, ale najm\u00e4 bez toho, aby ich niekto koordinoval a diktoval im, \u010do maj\u00fa robi\u0165. Nehovor\u00edm, \u017ee to u\u017e neexistuje, ale dramaticky to ub\u00fada s meniacim sa \u017eivotn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom. Obklopuj\u00fa n\u00e1s projekty, ako da\u0165 deti do pohybu, predstavi\u0165 im \u0161portov\u00e9 discipl\u00edny, ale tieto paradoxne tie\u017e prispievaj\u00fa k potl\u00e1\u010daniu prirodzen\u00e9ho pohybu! Deti a ml\u00e1de\u017e potrebuje beha\u0165 po ulici, preskakova\u0165 ploty, \u0161tvera\u0165 sa na stromy a preliezky, h\u00e1dza\u0165 si loptu, kopa\u0165 do nej, chv\u00ed\u013eu hra\u0165 hokej, potom volejbal, futbal, tenis, proste v\u0161etko. Len tak sa m\u00f4\u017eu v\u0161etranne a komplexne rozv\u00edja\u0165 a to nielen fyzicky, ale aj du\u0161evne, preto\u017ee pohyb, \u0161port a hry prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa mno\u017estvo em\u00f3ci\u00ed a vyp\u00e4t\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa musia nau\u010di\u0165 zvl\u00e1da\u0165. Alebo to aspo\u0148 sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#dc9018\"><strong>Katastrofa menom di\u0161tan\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto smere vn\u00edma di\u0161tan\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie ako najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ne\u0161\u0165astie. Mo\u017eno so mnou mnoh\u00ed nebud\u00fa s\u00fahlasi\u0165, ale mo\u017eno je to aj dobre. E\u0161te by sa to niekomu zap\u00e1\u010dilo a trval by na postupnom permanentnom prechode na online vyu\u010dovanie. Viete si predstavi\u0165 telesn\u00fa v\u00fdchovu online? To by malo vyzera\u0165 ako \u010do? Ako rel\u00e1cia Cvi\u010dme v rytme? Navy\u0161e, \u010do sa pohybu t\u00fdka, vyu\u010dovanie z domu ober\u00e1 deti aj to m\u00e1lo be\u017en\u00e9ho pohybu, ktor\u00fd po\u010das roka maj\u00fa &#8211; cesta do \u0161koly, pohyb po\u010das prest\u00e1vok, t\u00fa chab\u00fa telesn\u00fa v\u00fdchovu \u010do e\u0161te maj\u00fa, pohyb po \u0161kole na \u010derstvom vzduchu s kamar\u00e1tmi. \u010co je ale rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, \u010das v \u0161kole prin\u00e1\u0161a aj zmenu prostredia, nadv\u00e4zovanie a budovanie vz\u0165ahov, rozv\u00edjanie komunika\u010dn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed, at\u010f. To fakt sa niekomu m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165 v poriadku, \u017ee die\u0165a cel\u00fd de\u0148 nevytiahne p\u00e4ty z domu? Vyu\u010dovanie online z domu a potom z\u00e1bava: soci\u00e1lne siete, videohry, TV, tablet, mobil\u2026 V tomto smere bola, pevne ver\u00edm, 2. vlna pand\u00e9mie pou\u010den\u00edm, lebo d\u013a\u017eka obdobia, kedy boli deti zavret\u00e9 doma, bola ne\u00fanosn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das minul\u00e9ho \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka mi synovec, siedmak na Z\u0160, opisoval vyu\u010dovanie: \u201eMal som 6 hod\u00edn, ale pohoda, pustil som si hudbu do sluch\u00e1tok a cel\u00fd \u010das som po\u010d\u00faval hudbu&#8230;\u201c. To fakt chceme z na\u0161ich det\u00ed robotov z Matrixu? V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina kraj\u00edn vo svete, aj ke\u010f prij\u00edmali epidemiologick\u00e9 opatrenia, nezatv\u00e1rali \u0161koly. Aj ke\u010f nariadili \u201clockdown\u201d, ich opatrenia mi pri\u0161li v\u00fdrazne miernej\u0161ie ako na\u0161e, a \u010do bolo najpodstatnej\u0161ie, \u0161koly zatv\u00e1rali minim\u00e1lne. Di\u0161tan\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie na z\u00e1kladnej \u0161kole je pod\u013ea m\u0148a \u00faplne pom\u00fdlen\u00e1 idea. Je to pod\u013ea m\u0148a to ist\u00e9, ako by som chcel vies\u0165 futbalov\u00fd tr\u00e9ning z domu s t\u00fdm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd hr\u00e1\u010d by tr\u00e9noval na svojom dvor\u010deku sledovan\u00fd online kamerou. Pri poh\u013eade na moju dc\u00e9rku v \u0161k\u00f4lke s premo\u010den\u00fdm a po\u017eut\u00fdm r\u00fa\u0161kom sme so \u017eenou v\u017edy kr\u00fatili hlavou nad v\u00fdznamom ich nosenia. Dnu aj vonku. \u00daprimne ver\u00edm, \u017ee s t\u00fdmto opatren\u00edm sa \u010do najsk\u00f4r prestane a ak nie v triedach, tak aspo\u0148 na ihrisk\u00e1ch v exteri\u00e9ri.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebo ak by sa niekto p\u00fdtal na m\u00f4j n\u00e1zor, pohotovo by som v\u0161etk\u00fdm de\u0165om a mlad\u00fdm odpor\u00fa\u010dal \u010do najviac pohybu na \u010derstvom vzduchu, menej sedenia, menej sa venova\u0165 elektronick\u00fdm zariadeniam a viac sa h\u00fdba\u0165, otu\u017eova\u0165 sa, stret\u00e1va\u0165 sa a budova\u0165 tak svoje zdravie. Rodi\u010dom by som samozrejme odpor\u00fa\u010dal, aby deti v tomto podporovali, s t\u00fdmi mlad\u0161\u00edmi tr\u00e1vili ve\u013ea \u010dasu vonku a t\u00fdch star\u0161\u00edch k tomu \u010do najviac motivovali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00falohou n\u00e1s v\u0161etk\u00fdch je zabezpe\u010di\u0165, \u017ee deti a ml\u00e1de\u017e sa maj\u00fa kde vonku stret\u00e1va\u0165, maj\u00fa kde \u0161portova\u0165 a maj\u00fa sa kde vo\u013ene pohybova\u0165 bez toho, aby im niekto d\u00fdchal na krk.
